The Barion’s Conference Centre consists of 8 rooms of different sizes that can accommodate from 10 to 270 participants.
The rooms are divided with soundproof panels to allow different events to take place at the same time, and 2 rooms have sound booths.

All the rooms are equipped with the latest technology, are designed for video conferencing, have dimmable lights, have facilities for the simultaneous interpretation of speeches and, thanks to tech-connect, connect with external audio-video control.

For the organisation and overall success of your event, you can rely on our multilingual staff, an expert team in business meetings that will work with you to arrange the required activities both during the preliminary stage and during the meeting itself, optimising costs and achieving the desired results for your event. Meanwhile, at the hotel you can organise coffee breaks, welcome cocktails, buffet lunches and custom dinners according to the type of event and the number of participants.
